Cambridge ESOL websites

As the New Media Marketing Administrator at Cambridge ESOL I supported the marketing websites and web-based services.

My responsibilities included:

• Maintaining and updating websites on a day to day basis and part of long-term projects.
• Building external and internal websites, following industry best practices and standards.
• Producing banners, online forms and HTML emails as required.
• Regularly compiling reports on the performance and traffic of the websites.
• Providing training to staff to manage and update the websites using Contribute content management software.
• Dealing with general enquiries regarding the websites and managing internal mailing lists.
